To the west of Port Elizabeth in the middle of the bush with a view of the Bushman River lies an old colonial estate: Long Lee Manor was built in Edwardian style in 1910 by an early settler. The colonial estate belongs to the Shamwari Game Reserve, a vast, private game, plant and bird sanctuary on the Eastern Cape of South Africa.
